Live at the Aster Cafe!

We couldn't be more excited, because we'll be sharing a bill with the talented John Swardson, on Wednesday, Dec. 18th, at the Aster Cafe. There's nothing like a cozy winter show, on the Mississippi River, at the beautiful and intimate Aster Cafe!

John has been a favorite singer and songwriter of mine for a long time. We've always shared a love of the Drive-By Truckers, Judas Priest, and The Replacements. He's released two solo records (Ablaze, and Silver Dust), and an awesome, hard rock record called Dogs in the Woods, with the band Get Gone. I couldn't recommend tracking down and picking up these records enough! John's got a new group now, too, called John Swardson & Bad Blood. Check some of John music out here:

We hope you can make it down to the Aster on the 18th. We promise a good time! The Nasty Notes will be having at it, with Bobbi Miller on vocals and Curt Hutchens on guitar. Music at 9pm.

And, it's always good to call ahead for seats at the Aster. 612-379-3138. Or check out the calendar:

Thanks! We look forward to seeing you soon!
